From live data to quantified Projects
Fault detection tools, energy dashboards and building management systems each cover part of the job. Noda takes a fault from detection through to verified savings.

Intelligence Layer
Noda's AI agents run the triage, root cause analysis and savings estimates that engineering teams have typically done by hand, and deliver Projects ready to accept. The Noda Assistant answers engineers' questions about any building on demand.
Explore the Intelligence LayerIndependent Data Layer
Noda maps each building's BMS points, meters and utility data to a vendor-agnostic ontology, so portfolios with mixed controls vendors report and compare on the same terms. A GraphQL API and an MCP server open the same data to other software and AI tools.
Explore the Independent Data LayerCommand Center
Command Center ranks each team's work by priority and estimated savings, and Tasks sync to the CMMS as work orders. Noda measures each completed Project against its baseline and reports the result as Realized Savings.

Automated Demand Management forecasts each building's demand peaks, pre-cools ahead of them, and raises occupied zone cooling setpoints a little at a time as power nears the limit. No one needs to act during an event.

Noda gateways at each site connect to the building management systems, meters and sensors already in place.

We found Noda to be highly experienced in providing us a truly unified platform that brings all our systems together to achieve a single harmonious output. Together, we’re improving building performance and standardizing operations.

A landmark DC office tower ran two chillers 24/7 to serve tenant supplemental loads, even though overnight activity was minimal. Migrating those tenant systems to the retail condenser loop let the main chiller shut down 9 PM–6 AM, cutting ~20,000 kWh weekly year-round.
Noda does the engineering work that turns building data into savings. Its AI agents diagnose faults and deliver Projects with the root cause and estimated savings attached, Command Center keeps the work moving through to completion, and Noda measures each completed Project against its baseline. Noda connects to the building management systems already in place and is deployed across 300M sq ft of real estate owned and operated by leading global firms.
Fault detection and diagnostics (FDD) platforms output alarms that site teams have to triage manually, and energy management and analytics platforms stop at dashboards and reports — both leave the work of interpretation, prioritization, and execution on your team. Noda treats faults and data as inputs, not outputs. The AI synthesizes signals across systems, identifies true root causes, validates whether a fix is economically worthwhile, executes optimizations through two-way controls, and measures the outcome. Your team gets a short list of execution-ready Projects and verified results, not alert fatigue and homework.
Yes. Noda works with building management systems including Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, Siemens Desigo and Honeywell EBI. Each site gets a Noda LaunchPad, a secure on-premises gateway that connects to the BMS and to equipment controllers and IoT sensors running BACnet/IP, Modbus or MQTT. Meters connect through a separate Noda gateway. Deployment does not require replacing or reprogramming a BMS. Noda can therefore start finding savings in buildings as they run today, with the control systems and operating teams already in place.
No. Noda handles the continuous analytical and optimization work that human teams can't do at scale, monitoring every data point across every building, every minute. This scales the capacity of your existing team, freeing engineers to focus on higher-value work like capital planning, tenant experience, and execution of Projects Noda has already validated as worth doing.
Noda's AI surfaces quantified Projects within 30 days of live data being available in the platform.
Yes. Noda is ISO 27001 certified and built on AWS infrastructure hosted in the United States. The platform uses end-to-end encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AWS KMS at rest), zero-trust access controls, SSO and MFA, mutual TLS for edge-to-cloud communication, and the LaunchPad device operates on outbound-only connections, eliminating the need to open incoming network ports. No personally identifiable information is collected.
