For Sustainability
Noda works autonomously to find GHG and OpEx savings across your portfolio, with verified reductions ready for disclosure.

Noda's AI agents analyze every connected building around the clock, finding waste and savings at every site.
Noda's AI agents build each Project with the savings estimated, and validate the reduction against a pre-implementation baseline once work is done.
Ask the Noda Assistant about your buildings and get a reasoned, contextual response, without waiting on busy site teams.
Boiler B-1 fired overnight on 9 of the last 14 nights while the building was unoccupied.
Its schedule is still on a temporary override that was never released. This is already a Project, worth $6,240/yr.
Noda's AI agents find, validate, and scope operational Projects with clear action steps, so it's faster and easier for building engineers to execute energy-saving work.
Noda reports energy saved and GHG emissions reduced for each building and for the portfolio, with a report on each completed Project.
Operational Projects lower energy use and emissions per square foot in occupied buildings, the measures that standards such as Local Law 97 cap.
Noda ingests and normalizes messy data from disparate systems, giving you and the business a clean record to work from across the portfolio.

Noda collects BMS data at each site through the Noda LaunchPad, a secure on‑premises gateway, which also connects to controllers and sensors that use BACnet/IP, Modbus or MQTT. Meter data arrives through a separate Noda gateway. Sites keep the building systems and meters already installed.
A landmark DC office tower ran two chillers 24/7 to serve tenant supplemental loads, even though overnight activity was minimal. Migrating those tenant systems to the retail condenser loop let the main chiller shut down 9 PM–6 AM, cutting ~20,000 kWh weekly year-round.
Noda multiplies each Project's electricity and natural gas savings by the building's emissions factor and reports the result in kgCO2e. Emissions factors are set per building, and a Project can carry its own factor where a specific one applies.
Noda reports energy saved and GHG emissions reduced for the portfolio and for each building, with a report on each completed Project covering its impact, diagnosis and actions. Teams can carry those figures into frameworks such as GRESB and CDP alongside utility data.
Building performance standards such as Local Law 97 cap emissions or energy use per square foot of floor area. Operational Projects lower both in occupied buildings without construction, and Noda records the reduction from each Project.
Noda starts from the BMS trend data and meter data already available at each site, collected through Noda's on-site gateways.
Site engineers and operating teams review each Project Noda delivers, accept it, and complete its Tasks. Each Project arrives with its diagnosis, recommended actions and estimated savings attached.
Noda continuously scans for energy waste across your portfolio and sends teams the fixes.
